Doing the Right Thing: Ethical Decision Making for Nonprofit Boards

Board Members as Ethical Leaders and Decision Makers will explore through presentations and case examples, the ethical considerations involved with serving on a board of directors and suggest specific strategies, such as creating Codes of Conduct, for boards to establish.
