Focus Group & Survey Research.  CCSNYS has extensive experience in developing and conducting both focus groups and surveys and providing training in their appropriate use and design. Focus groups can be specifically tailored for a wide range of target audiences including policy-makers, funders, service providers, service consumers, and community residents. Assistance is also offered with the full range of surveying methods, including phone, mail and in-person questionnaires. The services of a Ph.D. research consultant are available as is mapping software to assist in data analysis and presentation.
