FULL CONFERENCE:
Full Conference Rate includes all conference activities October 2nd-3rd except other activities NOT identified in the CAMP FINANCE 2008 agenda. Rate also includes accommodations on the night of the 2nd, all meals beginning with continental breakfast on October 2nd through lunch on October 3rd (our conference will adjourn at 4:30 p.m. on October 3rd) and Mohonk’s 15% service charge. Rates DO NOT include cash bar, room service, spa other activity fees, telephone, additional guests and other incidental charges.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 5, 2008 and will be subject to a $100 processing fee for each registration cancelled. Due to obligations incurred by CCSNYS, cancellations after September 5, 2008 are non-refundable. |
